ProLogis leases 73,000 square feet in Coral Springs
Shoreline Aerospace, a distributor of aero systems for defense and commercial purposes, recently leased approximately 73,000 square feet of office and distribution warehouse space at ProLogis Park Sawgrass Building One in Coral Springs. The newly built, LEED Silver certified distribution center is now fully leased and Shoreline Aerospace is expected to move in early January 2011.
“We are very pleased to sign this lease with Shoreline Aerospace,” said Scott Alexander, first vice president and market officer with ProLogis. “The industrial real estate market generally lags about six to nine months behind the overall economy. As a result of slower economic growth, we are seeing a more moderate pace of recovery in the industrial real estate market. Even still, we continue to see signs of stabilization and improvement and are encouraged by the recent activity in South Florida.”
