Attempted murder suspects sought in Oakland Park
Broward Sheriff’s Office aggravated felonies detectives are searching for the suspects who riddled a house with bullets earlier this week in Oakland Park.
Shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday, March 2, a vehicle pulled in front of a home in the 4700 block of NE 3 Terrace, and the shooters fired approximately 40 rounds into the residence.
All three occupants were awoken by the sound of gunfire and broken glass. The bullets penetrated several walls, windows and furniture. Fortunately, the homeowner, her adult son and a roommate were not injured.
The suspects’ getaway car is described as a large, white, four-door vehicle with dark tinted windows, possibly a Ford Crown Victoria.
Anyone with information on this case is urged to call BSO Aggravated Felonies Detective Joe Kessling at (954) 321-4224 or Broward Crime Stoppers, anonymously, at (954) 493-TIPS or online at www.browardcrimestoppers.org.
