Miami Doctor Sentenced for HIV Infusion Fraud Scheme

Miami doctor Manuel Barbeite was sentenced to 78 months in prison, following his conviction for Medicare and Medicaid HIV infusion fraud,to be followed by three years of supervised release. Summit makes official compact between South Florida counties to combat global warming
