Marlins host beer tasting to raise money for foundation

Tilburg’s Dutch Ale took the top spot during the Second Annual World Series of Beer competition at Whole Foods Market in Coral Springs. Eight beers, mostly high end and import beers, were judged by about ten people. The runner up was Monk in a Trunk. The money raised by participants went to the Florida Marlins Community Foundation. Billy the Marlin was present. Pictured:  Jonny Rose, store manager, and two members of the Florida Marlins Cheerleading team.
