AIU holding job fair January 19
WHAT: The career services department of American InterContinental University (AIU) South Florida is hosting a job fair to assist community members who are seeking employment or a career change. AIU will host employers from various companies ranging from local organizations to large corporations who are all looking to meet talented individuals.
“Job fairs are an effective tool for businesses to interact with many job seekers,” noted Felicia Medina, career services advisor. “We hope our fair will serve as an opportunity to connect hiring representatives with talented and eager individuals.”
In addition, AIU will be providing job-seeking candidates with CareerWise Informational Packets, an opportunity to receive career coaching, have resumes critiqued on-site and offer interview tips.
WHO: Individuals interested in seeking employment.

WHERE: AIU South Florida
2250 N. Commerce Parkway in Weston (near Royal Palm Blvd. exit off of Interstate 75)
TIME: 11a.m.-1p.m. and 5p.m. to 7p.m.
HOW: Individuals attending the job fair should bring copies of their resume and any references they wish to provide. Interviews may take place on-site for qualified candidates.
