Tickets Now On Sale for A Streetcar Named Desire

Actors Community Theatre (ACT) of Davie proudly present, A Streetcar Named Desire by Tennessee Williams, directed by Jack Annunziata.

Tennessee Williams’ sordid drama of lust and madness takes place in the New Orleans French Quarter. Blanche, a former Southern Belle, down on her luck, comes to live with her sister, Stella. Tennessee Williams’ play reveals the very depths of the character, a woman whose life has been undermined by her romantic illusion which leads her to reject the realities of life. The pressure brought to bear upon her is intensified by Stella’s earthy, young husband, leading her more and more into this tragic self-delusion.
