“The King in Concert” Starring James Cawley as Elvis Comes to Paradise Live

“The King in Concert” starring James Cawley as Elvis comes to Paradise Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for a  limited run beginning Wednesday, December 9. Tickets go on sale Friday, November 13 at 1 p.m.

“The King in Concert” is a highly entertaining celebration of Elvis that will have audiences of all ages rocking, singing along and dancing in the aisles. This loving tribute features a live band with singers and dancers that will add new dimension to a musical spectrum of Elvis’ most beloved classical hit songs including “C.C. Rider,” “Can’t  Help Falling in Love with You,” “Suspicious Minds,” “Polk Salad Annie” and more. Adding to Cawley’s performance are the many stunning recreations of Elvis’ own fabled wardrobe including his 1968 Leather Comeback suit and the Aloha From Hawaii jumpsuit. Even Elvis’ famous personalized Gibson J-200 guitar and Aloha Guitar have been exactly reproduced. No expense has been spared in remaining faithful to the Elvis legend.

James Cawley’s amazing resemblance to “The King” in appearance, mannerisms and voice have earned him the top spot In the nation out of more than 2,000 Elvis impersonators as voted on by a special committee consisting of Elvis fan club presidents. He is endorsed by several of Elvis’ original musicians and back-up singers regularly appearing with The Jordanaires, Elvis Presley’s original back-up vocal quartet and with D.J. Fontana, Elvis’ original drummer.

His stage show has wowed audiences across the nation in Atlantic City, Biloxi, Miss., Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, S.C. and more.

The show will run from December 9, 2009 through February 7, 2010. Shows will take place:

Wednesday      2 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.

Thursday          2 p.m.

Friday              2 p.m. & 8 p.m.

Saturday          7:30 p.m. & 10 p.m.

Sunday            3 p.m. & 7:30 p.m.

Tickets cost $27 for reserved floor seating & general admission balcony, $32 each for reserved booth seating (must be sold in multiples of 4)*; tickets are available at the Hard Rock Live Box Office, open Monday – Saturday from noon to 7pm and on Sunday – only open on event days at noon.
