DUI saturation patrols in Tamarac, Deerfield, Pompano and Oakland Park

Starting tonight at 9 p.m., the Broward Sheriff’s Office DUI Task Force and district personnel will conduct a DUI saturation patrol through 5 a.m. Saturday morning in Tamarac, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach and Oakland Park. Vehicles will also be inspected for defective safety equipment and motorists will be asked to show their drivers license, registration, and proof of insurance.

This news release is being issued in compliance with a Supreme Court ruling mandating prior announcement of selective enforcement activities.
