		<description><![CDATA[TALLAHASSEE — Rather than increasing customer costs to implement new conservation programs, the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) today voted to continue existing programs for Florida Power &#038; Light Company (FPL) and Progress Energy Florida (PEF).
