Broward County, FL. (July 17, 2012) – The Broward County Supervisor of Elections office is happy to announce they are now on Facebook.

The goal for the Broward Elections Facebook Page is to have another way to connect with voters in Broward County.  Among many topics, the page will be used to inform voters of election dates, poll worker recruitment, deadlines to register to vote and events where the election office will be present.

“Our office is consistently identifying ways to connect with the community,” said Dr. Brenda Snipes, Broward County Supervisor of Elections.  “We recently enhanced our website, have started using QR Codes and now we are on Facebook.  We will continue to try to keep up to date with what people are connecting to.”
