Free immunizations, checkups in Davie in August

The Town of Davie in partnership with Memorial Healthcare Systems will offer free back-to-school immunizations and physicals for children ages 5 – 17 on August 14 and 16, 2010. The Memorial Healthcare Mobile Van Unit will be at these locations at the following dates and times:

August 14, 2010

Potter Park Multipurpose Center

4300 S.W. 57^th Terrace

11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

August 16, 2010

Rick and Rita Case Boys and Girls Club

7525 N.W. 33^rd Street

11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Please preregister. Walk-in patients will be accepted after preregistered patients. Bring immunization records. No insurance necessary.
