Foreclosure workshop in Hollywood Jan. 28

Hollywood City Commissioner Linda Sherwood, Miami Gardens Councilman André Williams and Hallandale City Commissioner Anthony Sanders are partnering with the Hillcrest Leadership Council to present a foreclosure prevention clinic to assist property owners who are struggling to stay in their homes.  This clinic will take place at the Hillcrest Playdium, 1100 Hillcrest Drive in Hollywood on Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.  Homeowners will have an opportunity to speak directly with lenders and/or a neighborhood housing specialist and are asked to bring the following items:

  • Drivers License
  • Social Security or Tax ID Card
  • Two months of bank statements
  • Federal Income Tax Returns for 2006 and 2007 with W-2′s
  • Any additional information bills, letters supporting hardship
  • Mortgage documents, default notice, summons or statement

This clinic is free and open to the public.  Seating is limited.  Please RSVP at 305.751.5511.
