Youth hockey underway in Coral Springs
The Florida Panthers Early Bird Tournament was played on August 29 and 30 at the Incredible Ice hockey arena in Coral Springs. Forty youth travel teams from throughout Florida participated. The teams are at levels A and AA and the players are aged 7 – 16.
“This is a way for the teams to get together before the start of the season to see how they are doing,” Jeff Grier, director of the tournament said.
