South Florida’s finest couples to be honored at fundraising gala in Ft. Lauderdale
Plans are underway for the sixth annual South Florida’s Finest Couples gala to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Presented by the Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine, this year’s gala will be held on Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six. The event will include a live and silent auction, cocktail reception, dinner, and a tribute to the honorees. Following the presentation of South Florida’s Finest Couples, guests at this black-tie optional event will have the opportunity to mingle, while dancing the night away.
Honorees for South Florida’s Finest Couples are selected based on their professional and philanthropic accomplishments as well as their commitment to making a difference in the communities in which they live and work. The event celebrates their power in partnership and recognize their accomplishments.
Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disease affecting approximately 30,000 children and adults in the United States. The median age of survival for a person with CF is 36.8 years. Currently, there is no cure. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has consistently been recognized as one of the top voluntary health organizations in the United States at efficiency using the money raised from events to invest in research and medical care programs.
