Plantation Park Elem. registering new students April 22
Plantation Park Elementary School () is hosting a “Hey Look Us Over” registration event on Wednesday, April 22, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
Parents of kindergarten through fifth grade students are invited to visit the school and receive a campus tour, meet students, teachers and staff and enjoy a presentation from the school’s award-winning chorus.
To register students at any Broward County Public School, the following information must be presented:
· Two proofs of residence (lease agreement, utility bill, voters registration or drivers license)
· Original birth certificate with a raised seal
· Physical exam dated within the last 12 months
· Florida Certificate of Immunization HRS 680 form with required vaccinations
Plantation Park Elementary has received an ‘A’ grade from the Florida Department of Education five times over the last six years.
