Water playground in Miramar closing temporarily

The water playground at the Miramar Regional Park Aquatic Center, 16801 Miramar Parkway, will close on November 1, 2010 for the winter season and will re-open on February 28, 2011.

The main pool at the Miramar Regional Park Aquatic Center, which is heated, will remain open.  However, it will close temporarily for repairs starting November 22nd.  The pool will re-open around December 22, 2010 with their regular operating hours. The office will remain open to accept swim class registrations and for customer service.

In the mean time, the heated swimming pool at the Miramar Aquatic Center, 6820 SW 35 St. will remain open regular operating hours.
