Lynn University to hold memorial service for students, faculty killed in Haiti

An on-campus memorial service will be held to celebrate the lives and accomplishments of those lost on the Lynn University “Journey of Hope” trip to Haiti on Friday, March 12 at 2 p.m. in the de Hoernle Sports and Cultural Center (the gymnasium).

This event is open to the public. Doors open at 1 p.m. Seating inside the gymnasium is limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. An overflow viewing area will be available.

All Lynn University classes will be canceled on Friday, March 12, to allow students and faculty the opportunity to attend the service.
