Donate Your New and Used Halloween Costumes!!The City of Parkland is proud to partner with Free Costumes for Kids, a non-profit organization to provide new and used Halloween costumes to all needy kids throughout South Florida . Instead of throwing out your costume, please donate it to those less fortunate.  Please stop by City Hall, the Parkland City Library or the Parkland Amphitheater to drop off your new and used costumes.  For more information on Free Costumes for Kids, please contact Casey McCarthy at 904-392-5522 or email at
