Journey to the Center of the Earth 3-D in Coconut Creek

The City of Coconut Creek Parks & Recreation Department invites you to come celebrate the end of school and the beginning of summer break with a free showing of the movie JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH 3D, Saturday, June 6 at 8:15 p.m.  The film will be shown at Sabal Pines Park at .
Experience your journey in 3D!  The movie is rated PG and stars Brendan Fraser, Josh Hutcherson and Anita Briem. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and we’ll provide the 3D glasses.  Food and beverage are available for purchase.  And, that’s not all!  Kids 10 and under can register for a DINOSAUR DIG at 7:30 p.m.!  Here is your chance to dig for fossils just like a paleontologist.  But, you must pre-register to participate.  Space is limited to the first 100 registrants.  You can register now through June 4 at the Recreation Complex at or at the Community Center at .  Registration is free.
