Sublime restaurant creates vegan cookbook

As a long-running vegan restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Sublime has drawn large crowds since its opening in 2003. The menu is completely cholesterol-free and has organic wine and spirits. Even better, all of its profits are donated to animal welfare. And recently, Nanci Alexander released “The Sublime Restaurant Cookbook: Florida’s Ultimate Destination for Vegan Cuisine”

For the first time ever, Ft. Lauderdale’s vegan hotspot has compiled its most famed culinary creations in an informative guide to gourmet vegan cooking.

Actor Joaquin Phoenix, along with family members Heart and Summer, raves, “Sublime’s cookbook is a great gift to us as our family celebrates our 30th year as vegans!”

Fabulously flavorful and enticingly exotic, the dishes in Sublime’s cookbook elevate health food to haute cuisine.

“If you love animals and great food, this book is for you,” says actress and Sublime-fan Pamela Anderson.

The 118-page, full-color book retails for $19.95 and may be purchased at all major online retailers including Amazon.com, bookstores including Barnes & Noble and Borders, as well as at Sublime.
