The City of Parkland is pleased to announce a lecture on the Citizens Science Program and recognition of Backyard Observation Month.  This lecture will be held at the City of Parkland Library, 6620 North University Drive, Parkland, FL 33067.  Come join on December 14th, 2012 from 3:00 – 5:00 PM and introduce yourself to collecting data about your natural environment, creating wildlife habitats in your backyard and planting native trees and shrubs.  Open to all ages this lecture will include concepts and ideas related to Ecology and other natural sciences.
