The Aananda Yoga training program embarks you on a profound journey of self – discovery; empowers you to be the best person you can be; offers a holistic, well rounded, comprehensive training to build a foundation upon which to teach the ancient art & healing practice of Yoga in a creative form drawing from your personal practice.
COURSE TOPICS- history and evolution of Yoga, meditations and mantras, pranayama, the spiritual body/chakras, sanskrit, anatomy, aryuveda, yogic diet/lifestyle, posture clinics, class planning and sequencing, daily journaling, practice teaching and techniques, insightful master classes/workshops in various styles such as Jivamukti, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Kundalini, Sivananda, Budokon, Kids Yoga, Iyengar, Gentle and Restorative and more…
FACULTY- Surendran Pandaran, Lisa Pumper, Jason Mastrian,Jessica Cobb, Ceci Lester, Rosa Santana, Dawn Bianca, Diane Billig, Suzanne Weintraub, Juilan Hall and guest teachers.
