By Donna Thomas, BrowardNetOnline Meteorologist - South Florida will be dealing with more downpours on Sunday, thanks to the tropical wave passing to our south.  Fortunately, strong upper level winds are preventing the wave from developing into a depression.  The National Weather Service has now issued a flood watch. In the Atlantic, Nadine could be posed for a comeback.  What’s left of the system was regenerating thunderstorms on Sunday as it moved westward about 500 miles from the Canary Islands. The National Hurricane Center gives Nadine a high chance of becoming a subtropical or tropical storm by Tuesday.
