Winn-Dixie is holding a job fair to accept applications and conduct interviews for nearly 150 job openings for select Winn-Dixie stores in South Florida.  The job fair will be  Thursday, August 9, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at:

Winn-Dixie is increasing it’s staff at many of its South Florida stores, many of which are undergoing extensive renovations scheduled to be completed later this year. These remodeled stores will be similar to the Winn-Dixie in Davie,Fla., whose renovation was completed earlier this year.

Winn-Dixie is recruiting for all store positions including cashiers and clerks, but is especially interested in hiring manager-level positions for the deli, bakery and meat departments.

In addition, Winn-Dixie is also seeking applicants with culinary experience to fill specialty positions such as wine and cheese stewards, in-store chefs and a culinary manager. With competitive salaries and great benefits, the grocer hopes to fill openings at many South Florida area stores.
