Euro Rugby Star Rape Suspect Released on Bond From Palm Beach Jail; Passport Seized

GossipExtra EXCLUSIVE – The European rising rugby star arrested in Delray Beach two weeks ago in connection with an alleged rape has been released on bond,Gossip Extra has learned.
Belgian Maxime Devignez, 18, was ordered to surrender his passport and pay a $100,000-bond. He was released in the custody of family friends in Delray.
Devignez’ dad, a prominent construction company executive based near Brussels, paid 10 percent of the bond amount after hiring a bail bondsman.
“My client isn’t going anywhere,” said Randy Berman, Devignez’ attorney. “He doesn’t speak a lick of English.” Berman says he’s been using Google Translate to communicate with his client.
