Liberty Park in Davie closing

The Town of Davie Liberty Park located at 13500 SW 8 Street  will be closed for site improvements beginning October 1, 2010.  Construction is scheduled to be completed by April of 2011.  Improvements to be constructed include perimeter fencing, a basketball court, a playground, one shelter with two picnic tables, one bike rack, three park benches, park identification sign, low level security lighting, recreational path, open play area, 20 % native landscaping, three parking spaces and one handicap parking space.
