Lots of Kisses and Hugs at ‘Adopt-A-Sweetheart’ Pet Adoption

cute_puppy_and_kittenOn Valentine’s Day, candy and roses may be traditional gifts, but nothing beats a lifelong furry friend to love. If you’re looking for a perfect “match,” come to the Valentine’s Day “Adopt-A-Sweetheart” Pet Adoption at the Broward County Governmental Center, 115 S. Andrews Ave., Fort Lauderdale, on Thursday, February 11, beginning at 9 a.m.

Prospective adopters must complete a short adoption application. The adoption fee of $74.95 cash or credit (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), includes a health exam, sterilization, pet license, tattoo, vaccinations, and a 14-day return policy. Adopters can usually take their new pet home the same day. Free pet gifts will be given to animals adopted at the event. For more information, call 954-359-1010.
