Calif man charged with murdering girlfriend, child
    (AP) – 1 day ago

OAKLAND, Calif. — Prosecutors say a 38-year-old Oakland man killed his girlfriend’s young son, dumped his body in the water, then killed her to stop her from telling anyone.

Charles Martin III was charged Tuesday with two counts of murder with special circumstances, making him eligible for the death penalty if convicted.

Police found the body of 17-month-old Jashon Williams floating near the Berkeley Marina on Sunday — two days after the body of his mother, Zoelina Williams, was found in nearby Aquatic Park.

Martin has not yet entered a plea.

What people have to realize is that a very real war has been declared on our women and our children. If you don’t think so, just read the National Papers on crimes committed against them everyday. Besides the obvious “named criminals” each and everyone of our collective states and the Law Enforcement Agencies that are paid to protect its citizens have dismally fallen down on their jobs. Why? Because they have insulated themselves with the common disclaimer, that they are immune from liability regarding their actions. When the Majority of Law Enforcement agencies spend more time counting their vacation days and the funds in their “drop programs” or attending Union Meetings than focusing on the real business of crime and bad guys, then they need to be called to task on it. Otherwise we end up reading the story about this toddler and his mother. The Problem is this story is an everyday story in every city in this country. Repeat violent offenders revolving thru a justice system that allows them to feed on the public time and time again. Do any of you realize the billions of dollars YOU FUND to these various LE Agencies, I’ll bet most of you don’t have any idea just how many “Agencies” are even in your state? If you added up the cost of Law Enforcement (salaries, pensions, benefits, administrative, jails, judges, probation officers, prisons, Federal, state and local) hell I could go on and on, in this country and saw it in REAL NUMBERS, most of you would end up reaching the conclusion that you should barely have a shoplifter in your state let alone some freak that kills toddlers for sport. Law Enforcement has “conditioned” the American taxpayer that they are underpaid and overworked and can’t get a grasp on the crime. They have also conditioned the public to accept dangerous violent sex offenders to live among us. You my friends have been lied too. If this country REALLY wanted to alleviate stories like the above, they could. But they want to impart onto the taxpayer, they need more funding which equals more safety. What hog-wash. What they need is inter-communication between LE agencies and the taxpayer insisting those agencies start implementing all those fancy expensive mission statements on their respective homepages! Yes we will always have poor excuses for DNA like the man in the above story, but the buck stopped with LE and the judiciary long before this guy ever got out to commit another crime. Its time to make LE responsible for the reckless and dangerous repercussions of their actions. Until the Law-abiding Tax-paying citizen demand more from the people who you are ALREADY PAYING to enforce the Laws with the goal of Protections for the People, then tomorrow After Your through being outraged after reading another story of some poor women and or her children being victimized, then I want you to get MAD, Get Mad enough to wage war back onto the people who are killing our families with self serving, inept and over bloated agencies that have sworn to Protect us and cant find their way to do it.
