Annual Miramar health and wellness expo
The City of Miramar presents our Annual Health and Wellness Expo. This exciting event will be held on Friday, October 16th, 2009 from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the Miramar Multi-Service Complex, located at 6700 Miramar Parkway, Miramar, Fl 33023.
This year’s theme is “Fall into Good Health”, and is FREE for the entire community. This is just the thing to get you in the mood to fall right into good health. Come out and take advantage of educational displays, informational tables, health screenings, community resources, and fitness demonstrations. We hope to see you there!
