hands-on cooking demonstration; a wine tasting; and the Grand Finale main event, including two fashion shows, silent and live auctions, cocktails and entertainment. All funds raised will help in the fight to end breast cancer, and will stay in the state of Florida to help Floridians.

The presenting sponsor is Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort, where the event will be held. Guests may choose to purchase tickets for one or two of the events, or a combination ticket including all three events.

The education/healthy cooking demonstration workshop will be presented by Eleanor Hoh, president of WOK STAR, based in Bal Harbour, Fla. After the demonstration, participants will have a chance to sample nutritious, delicious treats, as well as participate in a wine tasting with several varietals from a well known vineyard.  The wine tasting is the second event in the “Three-In-One” event.

The main event will include a fashion show featuring the work of acclaimed elegant custom evening wear designer Sara Mique, who recently moved her operations from New York City to Coconut Creek, Fla.; as well as popular Miami-based resort wear designer Rucht D’Oleo. Guests will also enjoy cocktails, entertainment, and silent and live auctions featuring an array of impressive items.

Sturqdress2ponsorships are available at various levels from $500 to $5,000, and depending on the level, offer a variety of benefits such as inclusion in event advertisements, on-site recognition, branding opportunities, and more.

“This year’s ‘Shades of Pink’ event will be the most elaborate and unique to date,” said Muriel Sommers, FBCF development manager. “We’re excited to have a new twist to this year’s event, giving guests the opportunity to choose from three interesting activities in which to participate, or to enjoy them all.”
